COMFORT INN BENTONVILLE - CRYSTAL BRIDGES, Bentonville – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and quiet as I requested, but some issues like an odd smell and a loose toilet affected my comfort. The lack of sufficient lighting was also a downside. The service was variable with some staff being very nice and helpful, while others were sub-par and not attentive. The location was convenient for accessing family and downtown Bentonville, but the uncomfortable room temperature was a drawback. The dining options, although free and with a variety of choices, could use some improvement. Despite the flaws, the indoor pool was a plus point for relaxation.
